Whenever she does this she annoys the next door neighbor who then moves her car in front of her house to put her on notice. It was just her kids splashing in a kiddie pool in the front yard trying to stay cool in the heat and having fun. The cops laughed it off and left. But at the end of the day she has to still live here with this woman across the street. This is the definition of a nightmare neighbor. I couldn't imagine dealing with this every day. I'd probably consider moving. The neighbor constantly messes with your things and shouts at you, even touching your things. She calls the cops, and they can tell something is wrong with her. It could be mental illness. What would you do if your neighbor made your life hell? Would you move? I'm so glad I don't have to deal with this.

This woman’s neighbor volunteered to dog sit for her while she was out of town for a family emergency . When she let the neighbor know she was coming back and wanted to pick up her dog the neighbor informed her that she sold the dog to someone. Here she is explaining the situation to the cops. This woman is trying to get her ten year old son’s basketball back. It bounced over the fence into this lovely neighbor lady’s yard. 😉 The neighbor will not give the ball back and she doesn’t want anyone on her property. She said if they come over she will call the cops on a ten year old boy for going to get his ball. If this is something that happens daily, do you think the neighbor has a reason to be upset? This supermarket manager was walking back inside the store when he noticed that a customers car was on fire. He immediately ran inside and grabbed a fire extinguisher. He proceeded to smash the window of the car to put out the fire. Just as he was doing this, the owner came out and was freaking out to see that, only to remember that she had a lit scented candle in the car to help with unwanted smells. Was he justified to break her window to do this, shouldn’t he have just waited for the fire department, because now is it possible he’s liable for her damages that he caused?

UPDATE: The fire is out, investigators are on scene. The fire started on the outside of a duplex, burned through the wood deck, and climbed up into the attic on one side of the structure. Then it traveled down a wood fence, burning the back side of another structure, through the yard, to a vehicle. A few minutes into the fire, firefighters heard two explosions from propane tanks which helped fuel the fire. Crews were able to contain the fire to one side of the duplex. There is limited water damage on the other side. There were no injuries. Crews rescued a lizard, but a cat is still missing. The people inside the duplex were alerted by a neighbor who saw the fire, and ran to knock on the door to get them out. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Reporter Noah Simmons was seen covering his face after a studio light caught on fire in Johnson, Arkansas. “We just had a fire in the studio, but we’ve got two tornado warnings, so we’ve got to keep tracking this and covering this live,” Simmons said during the broadcast. The reporter with CBS affiliate KFSM-TV was alone in the studio and alerted the team that there was a fire. The station’s producer rushed in and was able to put out the fire with a fire extinguisher. No one was injured.

A customer at a New York Dunkin Donuts saved the day when she noticed the shop’s industrial toaster had caught on fire and promptly asked the staff for a fire extinguisher to put it out. Footage captured by Cristina Conklin shows her reaction to the fire growing on top of the toaster and beginning to touch the ceiling as staff members walked past it. “Apparently there’s a very not serious fire in Dunkin right now,” Conklin says sarcastically in the footage. “Nobody seems to care.” Conklin then pans the camera over to the rest of the seemingly unconcerned employees. Eventually one employee attempts to put out by waving the end of a plastic broom over it. “Do you have a fire extinguisher? This woman pays over $2250 a month to rent this home in this nice neighborhood. It was a nice big yard in the back where she lets the kids play in. During the holidays like Easter she does egg hunts for the kids and makes it festive and memorable for them. However anytime she uses the yard, this woman comes by, she calls the landlord, and she tells them that their yard isn’t for their use. That they have to be quiet for the other neighbors. When you went a home with a yard, it’s not unreasonable to think that you can enjoy the space as well right? Is it possible this woman is overreacting, why aren’t the neighbors that she claims are upset about the noise the ones knocking on the door and saying anything?

This woman is having a huge dispute with her neighbor, so bad that she had to have her trespassed. The neighbor is under the idea that she owns part of this woman’s property and even hired a survey service to survey the property lines. But when the surveyor came out, the neighbors personal assistant came with her too as a means to spy and attempt to influence the outcome of this survey. The woman was upset with the surveyor saying the assistant can’t be there and something tells me the assistant knew she wasn’t supposed to be there because she was refusing to give her name. Was the surveyor just being nice to being her along or should the woman report him too for being biased?

This neighbor went over to the house next door to complain about the dog being outside. The homeowner’s brother came over to help do some work on the house and brought his dog with. They put him in the backyard while they work on the interior. The neighbor said that it is 95 degrees outside and they could see the dog on their house camera and it had been outside for over an hour and then saw the dog jump on the trampoline. She tells him that a dog’s body temperature can’t handle that. The brother says he can come inside for a little but but the dog is scared to be inside because of the power tool noise. The neighbor tells him to put the dog in the bathroom then where it is cooler. She then says she is there as a friendly neighbor because if animal control comes, he won’t have a dog. 🤯 I wish I could see the backyard. If the dog had shade underneath the trampoline or any other kind of shade and water and has only been outside for a little over an hour, I think it is fine. I bet the dog would rather be outside than inside a cooped up bathroom. Totally fine with someone being concerned about an animal though. 💯 What’s your feeling? Too long for a dog to be outside in 95 degree heat and bring him inside? Or, do we have another nosey Karen inserting herself into someone else’s business when she ought not to?
