At my school, when you ask white boys what they want to be, the answer is often lawyer, doctor or engineer. But Black girls haven’t had the same role models and family history that let them envision those professions as potentials for themselves. @MISS_Elasmo is changing that.

some people are so beyond misunderstanding of how white and male shark science is, it's likely we are missing some great ideas out there bc of that! we need diversity to answer scientific questions
