Come on Will, whistles were blown, 3 Brown players around him walking and standing because of the whistle….no whistle and they are making a play. Terrible whistle for sure but he wasn’t going to score. 😆😂

If the whistles don’t blow, he’s tackled within 2 yards of the recovery spot.
