This is what happens when a bloated government becomes a jobs program for people with massive egos and middling intellect.

I served over two decades in law enforcement and now I am a PI so I end up in these courthouses a lot & this guy just nailed it, something that should be simple becomes an issue when the employees are the ones escalating everything. I recognize a common denominator here however I am keeping it to myself.
