I get the sense that too many minds are set on this notion that the World Economy cannot grow. The Third World doesn't have because the First World consumes it all. This is simply not true. Same goes for efforts to build schools and basic infrastructure like wells for drinking water. These are the foundation upon which new economies are built. And THAT is how the Have-Nots join the Haves.
