⚠️ I’m not liking the way this Winter Storm is trending for our Texas brotheren.... One aspect that isn’t being talked about enough is the combination of significant Ice Accumulations followed by days of Brutal Cold. If Texas were to receive even a fraction of the ice currently being shown, widespread power outages would become a real concern. With frigid air rushing in behind the storm, temperatures could remain at or below freezing for days, making recovery much harder. This will not be as cold as the deadly Winter Storm of 2021, but the dangerous combination of ice and prolonged cold will still be there. 🌡️ Some areas could see temperatures 30 to 40 degrees below average after the storm, which would compound impacts if outages occur. I’ve seen a lot of basketball in my life. I’ve never seen anything like last night. Watching the Knicks come back from 29 points down to win an NBA Finals game was remarkable. Being there to experience it at Madison Square Garden made it even more special. I’m grateful I had the chance to be there and see so many former and current players, as well as members of the Knicks organization. It made me proud to have worn a Knicks uniform!

With this season being the lowest time of all times for #THFC, you’d like to think your club captain would embody “ALL TOGETHER, ALWAYS” On Sunday, there is a possibility this great club gets relegated, with every player including Romero being accountable for it. For him not to be at the club’s biggest game in their history is disgraceful, and even disrespectful to the fans that have stood by him throughout his fairly inconsistent time at the club. Even if we do stay up, I don’t see any way Cristian Romero can be a part of this club going forward. I’ll forever be grateful for his incredible contribution in Bilbao on this day last year, but I just don’t see any way back from this. A really sad way to go out.

I'm in Belgrade at the St. Sava Cathedral and the most precious relic of the Mother of God - Her Belt - is visiting from the Holy Monastery of Vatopedi on Mt Athos. It hasn't been here for 600 years. This is day 12 and each day people in the tens of thousands line up for miles (literally) and wait 10 hrs in the sun to be able to venerate it - kids, parents, grandparents - extremely moving to see such devotion. What would an American spend 10hrs standing to see? Rock concerts? A NBA finals game? It is incredible.
