My x. husband suffered from this issue, I was taking care of him because I'ma nurse , he was in pain all the time till he did this surgery twice then finally he got better. It's not easy at all 🤕

Yeah, I’ve had a fistulotomy and a Seton placement about 5 years later. That was about 15 years ago and haven’t had any problems since then. The fistulotomy was far more painful than the Seton placement.
