The neighbor has always been an issue, he complains about everything, when he was installing. Fence, it seemed to get very close to the homeowners property, they told him that they think he’s building the fence into their yard which he asserts that it’s clearly his land and he can do whatever he wants. So you hire a surveyor to come out to make the property lines, it turns out he did in fact build the fence on your yard so you call a company out to remove it to his dismay. Now he has to be build most of that fence to move it onto his own property. Would you have just let it slide because it was a few feet or would you make him move it just because he’s a jerk?

This father took his two boys bike riding. The trail they were on said kid friendly. But as you can see, chaos erupted. As the dad was tending to his one son who had already crashed, his other son was coming down the trail. He screamed several times for him to hit his brakes but his son flew by him and kept going and wiped out. When the dad got to him, he appeared to be okay. Just to be safe, he took his boys to go get checked out. Luckily no broken bones, internal bleeding or permanent damage outside of a few cuts bruises and scrapes. The dad said he wishes he would have just reached back and grabbed him as he came down but he was busy tending to his other son. It could have been much worse. Many people are blaming the dad saying he was irresponsible and that he should have checked the trail out before they rode down it. Do you think the father is to blame? Do you think it’s just boys being boys, they’re tough and that’s life? Or, do you think the parks and recreation department is to blame for labeling the bike path as a kid’s path?

Here is a feel good story for your Saturday.. Young kid needs money for something that he wants to buy so he goes around in his neighborhood asking people if he could do yardwork for them. He finds someone who says sure, some raking and mow the lawn. What would you have done if you were in her shoes?👀🤔 “Imagine your phone went bad and to fix your phone is over 450k and then you told the person you were dating because your phone is your only source of income and he was like he does not have any money at the moment that he will give you the money next two weeks and you told him that you cannot be without your phone for two weeks that even if he has half of the money he can give you so you can be able to rally round and get the money because you have a lot of pending deals to deliver on the phone,and he insisted he doesn’t have anything to give you not even 10k. So you were able to rally round and repair your phone then during this period your partner who’s suppose to get married to you travelled to Abuja for a work then after you were able to fix your phone he came back and call you that you should come over then when you get his place, you noticed that he came back with two suitcase and because he travelled with only one. When you opened the new suitcase because he was trying to sort out the things that he bought and you’re seeing designer things and you’re just hailing him that the things he bought are looking fine o and he casually said that the purse you’re holding his 1.5million so when you did your calculations you noticed that the things he bought was more than 7million naira, and this was the same person you asked for 450k or even half of the money so that you can get your phone repaired and he said he doesn’t have any money. You got offended but you locked up then after like two days you asked him about the money that you borrowed money and you need to pay the people back and he started with his normal tales that he has no money and you said that okay no problem then you went back to your house. During the weekend normally you go to your babes house so when you got to his place he told you there was no soup or stew that you need to cook so you gave him a list and there is a drawer beside you then you opened it,you saw bundle of cash in the drawer and with a rough estimate you were about to count his up to 400k and when you told him about the amount for the food he didn’t even price it, he just gave you the money. After cooking for him th en you reminded him about the money you used to repair your phone that even if it is 190k but he told her to hold on that he will give you next week. The next week you called your partner again and he said you should wait till Friday. On Wednesday evening, he called you that his friend is hosting a party and he wants you to go with him and sent you 75 k to get something to wear. At the party your partner was spraying money and getting hyped. He then gave you one bundle that you should spray the celebrant which you did,in your head he was going to give you the money to pay people that you’re owing. GYUVIN LAUGHING SO HARD RECALLING THIS ANECDOTE FROM HIS DATE W RICKY😭💞 🦌 no but suddenly… after we finished eating and were coming out, ricky suddenly called a taxi. he called it, and the moment we stepped outside, there was a reserved taxi right in front of us. so he asks ne, “is it this one?”so i told him, “you’re the one who called it, right? you should check on your phone. check the number.” then he fiddles around with his phone for a bit and shows me the screen. i said, “no! i’m telling you to compare it with the license plate!” and he goes, “oh? it’s not the one?” then he looks at the map and says, “ah, it hasn’t arrived yet?”….. HAHAHA … no but… so i told him, “you should’ve been checking that!” and then our actual taxi arrived. but- HAHAHAHAHAHHA…. suddenly, like a little kid- like a little kid, he walks up to the taxi and reaches out to open the back door. but because the taxi driver couldn’t see him, right? so the driver just kept driving forward, but ricky followed along with his hand still reaching out for the door, so i was like, “no, knock! knock on the door!” he went on for like 20 meter, in the rain. i told him, “no but how would the driver know if you don’t knock?!” and he goes, “i thought he saw me….” i told him, “no you were walking in his blind spot, how would he see you?” ah, today was really such a happy day.

In 2007, Nike assembled Kanye West, Nas, Rakim, KRS-One & DJ Premier to create a hip hop anthem to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Air Force 1 sneaker. “Rick Rubin did the original, and word on the street is they weren’t satisfied with the outcome, says DJ Premier. It was a whole different tempo, and a whole different approach. Rob Stone said they might actually want to remix it. Actually, KRS-One called me and said, ‘Yo, I need you to help fix this record.’ Then I saw the launch on MTV, and I figured that’s over with, when they launch the sneaker and everything. Then all of a sudden I got a call back again two or three weeks later saying, ‘Yo, they still want you to do something.’ So they sent me the parts, and everything was different. Kanye, Nas, and KRS did the joint to the Rick Rubin beat. Rakim wanted to make his own beat. So he made his own beat, but at the wrong tempo. So when I got it I had to tweak it to get him to that tempo, but still keep him in the same tone of voice. You can do that with technology. So I had to keep him in the same key. He was at a 100 rpm, but it was 107, so that’s a big step. So I stay tuned in the same zero note that he pulled, sped it up, and it matched. Then I just pieced the whole thing together. “For the video, Rakim came here, and we turned all the lights down, and just made it really dark. Since he’s the only one who came here, when you see the play back, it’s ill. We shot him just with the acapella so we can bring him back in. When I saw that, even though Rakim was last on the song, in the video, I thought he should go first. And that’s how we flipped it around. The video was dope, man.”
