This part in Red Dead Redemption 2 😭

I just realized when she told Arthur, "I know you," that she mirrors the Strange Man from the first game, who is believed to be the devil coming for Marston, making her the opposite for Arthur. Strangely enough, she is also part of the Strange Man's morality mission to John.

Why I believe this is the canon scene and the true ending is because Arthur sounds genuine here. tho he fears no one, he IS afraid, and i don’t blame him. Tho I know death is the next step in life, and happens to all one question will always haunt me, “what happens after I die?”

Honestly, Arthur didn't deserve to have the fate of TB onto him. He's been a good man at heart and probably regrets everything he's done to the world of Red Dead. He let his own legacy go on when saving John, that alone shows he's a golden man, but kept back by the gang.
