I’d argue that allowing the TD and 2-point conversion is what actually cost Clemson the game.

Watch the replay from 12-19 seconds. The defender has rhe reciver locked up from the 15 yard line to the 5. It’s not because if the end, it was what came before. And anything bad that happens to Dabo is fine with me.

Maybe defensive holding instead of PI but definitely a penalty.

It was going to be defensive holding, but when the ball was thrown to the receiver being held it converts to DPI.

Refs are so fucking annoying they ruin sports sometimes

You have to look at the whole play. The defender impeded his progress all the way from the 15 to the 2. Making contact and standing him up like a lineman. Good call. People only look at the end

You should show the previous play, lmao also the DB was holding queso for half the route

No flag on the PI but u can argue defensive holding at the bottom of the route, but handfighting both ways so probably not called

He holds him all the way to the point of when your selective replay starts.

It takes a while, but you finally see he held him all the way down the field.

This is the most blatant pass interference I’ve seen in the last decade. People really think that’s a no call?

It was pass interference. He was holding the receiver and then impeded him to ball while flopping! D- Defense with C+ acting.

He held him the whole way before the ball got there. Previous play out WR was also held the whole way and no call

No, what cost Clemson the game was the fact they couldn’t stop Duke from scoring and then they couldn’t stop Duke from making the two point conversion and they couldn’t get down the field to kick a field goal to win it.

He was all over him the whole route. Should have been defensive holding before the pass interference.

He got caught in a backpedal and impeded the receiver. The receiver and qb knew and took advantage. Similar to basketball. It’s a shitty ruling, but it’s exactly what happened.

Horrible call since no one was close to the ball

This PI was one of many things that cost Clemson the game. I could point to the D giving up 28 1st quarter points as the biggest one

Imagine thinking this game wasn’t fixed

Very obviously pass interference

There was a worse defensive hold on the previous play that wasn’t called. Kind of evened out

that’s PI all the way the Clemson corner is holding him all the way down the field

Holding the WR for at 15 yards of the route is usually easy DPI call.

Pass interference

Yeah they missed on on the play before!

😂dude was holding him the entire play. Good call.

Shove the defender to the ground, get a PI call. Straight from the Patrick Mahomes playbook.

Good call. Was holding the receiver the entire route.

DPI - cut off his route, hand on the face mask, then fell down in his own. Homer announcers gonna Homer.

Didnt see it because Disney

Couldn’t watch 🤷🏻♀️

The pass interference was on the play before , makeup call

It was PI. The ball was thrown before he started falling down and the ball getting to the player. The DB was all over the wr and did a flop to try to get out of the PI.
