This poor chicken is scared and in pain. 💔 Multiply her suffering by 75,000,000,000 (that's 75 BILLION) chickens, and that's modern animal agriculture. Instead of feeling hopeless, flip this on its head: By removing #chicken from your diet, you can spare 30 chickens just like her every year.

Shocking: *9 billion* chickens are killed each year in the US. Far more than any other animal. 💔 A number so huge that it’s impossible to comprehend. 🤯 This single chicken, however, *is* easy to understand. Multiply her fear & anguish by 9,000,000,000. We must change this. 😡

88% of land animals in the United States are #chickens raised for meat. And they all are desperate for freedom, just like this one. 💔 And just like with her, no freedom is coming. This is why it's SO crucial we speak up for chickens just like her. Literally billions of animals are depending on us to do so. 💔

Everyone is noticing that Chick-fil-A chicken is very different lately The texture of the chicken has changed. More and more you see this “spaghetti meat” chicken that’s very unnatural and unappealing This “spaghetti meat” condition affects a huge percentage of commercial broiler chickens now Modern chickens are grown so extremely fast the breast muscle outgrows its blood supply and connective tissue strength The muscle fibers weaken and don’t hold together well, so when you bite and pull, the meat separates into long stringy strands Modern chicken grow in half the time they used to in the past Our food is a science experiment

the human brain contains around 86 billion neurons connected by more than 100 trillion synapses. that's more connections inside your head than there are galaxies in the entire observable universe. every memory, emotion, and idea you have is created by this vast web of connections inside your head. what's more complex: the universe around us, or the universe inside our heads?

THIS is what life looks like inside factory farms. 😱 Her eyes are severely inflamed from ammonia in waste, infection, & lack of care. Imagine living in air that burns your eyes every day. She feels pain just like we would in her situation. She doesn’t deserve this. 💔 #FactoryFarming [Footage: Tras Los Muros]

This is the reality. People in LA have become so used to dogs suffering on the streets (in this case, tied up with a piece of wood over him) that people like the person in the grey T-shirt just walk by. No questions asked, no looking for help. Just walking by. And, frankly, how can we blame this person when horrors like this are ALL over Los Angeles. We should not be numb to this. We should see this and think "well, this doesn't seem normal". But that's what the animal crisis has done to Los Angeles. It has made images like this all too familiar.

🚨 Urgent Humanitarian Emergency 🚨 My sister’s children are suffering every day from painful skin rashes caused by insects, fleas, and mosquitoes that fill the Al-Mawasi area. Even though they are living in a room, they have not been spared from this pain that exhausts their small bodies and adds to the suffering of Gaza’s children 💔 These children are in desperate need of clean blankets and urgent medical care… The situation is getting worse day by day, and there is no one to ease their pain. I beg you… please don’t ignore them 🙏 Your support today could be the difference between a safer life and continued suffering. Even the smallest donation can bring them some relief and restore a bit of their dignity. Please, don’t leave my sister’s children alone in these harsh conditions… Donate and share this campaign—every share could help save a life 💔

🚨: Democrats will defend illegal murderers over American citizens every single time and it's utterly disgusting and insane. An 18-year-old American girl enjoying a walk with her friends in her own city gets executed by a Venezuelan ILLEGAL who shouldn't even be here, and this Chicago Democrat's first instinct is to blame the dead teenager for "being in the wrong place" and "startling" her killer. That's not compassion. That's pure evil.

Imagine making your own kid physically repulsed by you. 💀💔 This mother is facing massive backlash after posting her "noodle game" trend, which ended in her kissing her son on the lips and his reaction of pure disgust says absolutely everything.

Imagine being taken from your mother, not knowing where you are going, never to see her again. 💔 This is the heartbreaking reality of animal agriculture. Farmed animals like lambs are separated from their families, their bonds shattered for profit. 😞 Mothers cry for their babies, and no one listens. But YOU can. 🙏 Go vegan. 💚 🎥: Vegan FTA Credits: vegandawa (IG) | Animal Save Movement | farmtransparencyproject (IG) #animalrights #animalliberation #farming #veganism #vegan

Think eating healthy is boring? 🤔🤔🤔 You probably just have a lot to learn about cooking! Eating healthy doesn't mean living on plain chicken and steamed broccoli every day. There are incredible meals built around steak, eggs, chicken, fish, potatoes, rice, fruit, vegetables, Greek yogurt, nuts, and plenty of other real foods. The difference is what you do with them. Learn a few basic cooking skills. Try different seasonings. Find recipes you actually enjoy. Spend a little time in the kitchen. Suddenly healthy food stops feeling like some miserable diet and starts feeling like normal life. As a dad, this matters even more. The food you keep in the house becomes the food your kids grow up thinking is normal. They watch what you eat. They learn what meals look like. They develop their tastes from what you put in front of them. You don't need perfection. You need better habits. And honestly, there's something satisfying about making a great meal from simple ingredients and knowing exactly what went into it. You feel better. You have more energy. Your family eats better. You save yourself from constantly relying on fast food and packaged junk. Healthy eating can be simple. It can be filling. It can be seriously delicious. You just have to care enough to learn. So how much better could your diet become if you stopped assuming healthy food was boring and started treating cooking like a skill worth mastering?

Rafif has lived 37,497,600 seconds since the day she was born, yet during all this time she has only known fear, hunger, and terror, enduring one of the most brutal genocides this world has ever witnessed. Today, you can be the reason she gets a chance at life — in a safe environment, in a world where she can grow with care, education, and love instead of pain. Do what you can for her, and give her a voice. Please take just one second of your time to like and share. Thank you.

This video that’s circulating of Kylie and Timotheé is the perfect example of how every woman wants a man to act towards them. Literally all of his attention is on her. He is making her feel like the most beautiful and special girl in the entire room. And you can tell he’s absolutely obsessed with her. This is all a woman wants. This behavior is more important than your looks, it’s more important than the amount of money you make, the car you drive, and all of the other reasons people list in order to be in a relationship. How you treat her and how you make her feel on a daily basis will ALWAYS be what makes her fall and stay in love with you.
