The protestors were outside the Islamic Education Center just 15 miles from the White House. This thug repeatedly makes this threatening gesture in full view of law enforcement. The protestors are chanting "de*ath to Khamenei, de*th to the regime" and "curse upon/damn Raisi and Khomeini." Today was very special for Bryan and I to stand tall with and for the People of Iran. Thank you to Darya Safai for inviting me and allowing us to pray together for the tens of thousands of Iranians murdered by this “sick” regime, as President Trump has said of them. As US Ambassador to Belgium, the USA supports the will of the Iranian people for a better future. While we have interacted with many external opposition figures, we want to be clear that, as The President has said, the U.S. does specifically not endorse Reza Pahlavi or any specific opposition leader. Rather, we wholeheartedly support the will of the Iranian people in Iran for a better future for them and their families. I met three mothers whose sons were killed by the regime for simply walking in the streets holding candles for peace. We took a moment of silence for all those who have been killed. Why haven't the Iranian people come out to protest yet after the joint military operations by Israel and the United States against the Islamic Republic? I keep getting this question from journalists who view the current quiet as a failure. They completely misunderstand the situation. It was clearly communicated by Prince Reza Pahlavi that the time to come out has not arrived. The message was to stay home while the military operations take place to reduce the suppressing power of the Islamic Republic. Once that level is complete, the signal will be given. It has actually been a challenge to keep the Iranian people in their homes. They are eager to come out and get revenge. Many outsiders saw the extreme cruelty the regime displayed in early January and assumed that was the last time the Iranian people would try to rise up. They could not be more wrong. The regime kills to create fear, but they get anger instead. The price the Iranian people have paid is too high to give up. They are being wise and following the command of their leader, waiting for the right time. They are not going to let their loved ones die for nothing, and they will not accept living with the Islamic regime any longer. The Iranian people will not stop until they are victorious. Here is Yasmin Vossoughian Reports talking to someone inside Iran. This is journalism, not what CNN is doing by sending Frederik Pleitgen to Iran as journalist who is controlled by the regime and only reports regime propaganda narratives. Also, this is for the “Pahlavi has no support in Iran” & “no one knows who Pahlavi is in Iran” crowd. And for those who have been attacking the diaspora/Iranians inside Iran, calling them “vatan foroush” aka “one who sells out their own country” People need to stop pretending they speak for Iranians inside Iran while ignoring what many inside Iran are actually saying. Even in this clip, our brother inside Iran clearly says people support Reza Pahlavi and need someone like him. You do not have to “want war” to understand why many Iranians believe the regime cannot be defeated by bare hands against Basij, and the IRGC. No sane Iranian wants to see their homeland bombed, but the blame for where we are belongs first and foremost to the Islamic Republic, not to Iranians in the diaspora and not to Iranians inside Iran who believe outside help is necessary. We heard the same arguments during the June 2025 war, and I told y’all, if the regime survives more Iranians will be killed than you can imagine. Less than a year later, 32k+ Iranians were killed in the regime’s own crackdown as I called it. Compare that to the numbers during these two wars, which include high rate of IRGC & regime officials. So I genuinely want to understand the logic of attacking the very people who are standing with Iranians inside Iran. I personally have always echoed the voices of people inside Iran and what they tell me. Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi: We entered the negotiations to prove to the whole world that their intention was to attack the Islamic Republic of Iran; their intention was hostile. And they could not claim that we requested negotiations and the Islamic Republic did not accept. We also negotiated so that it would be clear that the truth was with us, so that ultimate proof would be established for the whole world. Our own people would also understand that it wasn't the Islamic Republic that caused the war by refraining from negotiations. Because there was a question: if we hadn't negotiated and a war had broken out, everyone might have thought to themselves that if we had negotiated, the war wouldn't have happened.

This morning I received news that my cousin Arash Beheshti was killed by Ali Khamenei’s coward agents with a gunshot to his head. The death of Arash and tens of thousands of other innocent protestors is an unprecedented war crime against humanity since World War II. In an interview with Martin Daubney 🇬🇧 on GB News, I was joined with Former Chancellor of the Exchequer, @KwasiStackBTCTC and the former Labour Defense Secretary Geoff Hoon who both were in line with my statements and expressed their full support for the people of Iran. I once again emphasised that the target of the upcoming strikes must aim to destroy the IRGC and Basij military bases, the house of Ali Khamenei, the Parliament, governmental buildings and the judiciary in order to cripple the headquarters of the regime and give a fair chance to the Iranian people to come to the streets and take their country back. I explained that this is the closest we’ve ever come to overthrowing the brutal regime of the Islamic Republic. The people of Iran know that President Donald J. The Islamic regime in Iran is waging war on its own people. Thousands of protesters have been murdered, and a near-total internet blackout has been imposed so the world won’t see the brutality.
