Prime experience bull delivery driver can not follow directions. Laying package on front steps isn't handing parcel to resident. And customer service never follows through with most complaints about drivers.

Our parcel worth 570 pounds was stolen by your driver. He didn’t deliver it but it shows it was given to resident. We were not home. We are trying to find out who the carrier is but Amazon won’t tell us.

Prime Slowly….. Slowly turning to garbage. Alexa devices can’t do what they did 2 years ago, Std prime music won’t play tunes it did 2 years ago that you selected from 40 years ago, prime tv films in foreign languages not dubbed without subtitles. Oppressive unlimited ads too 😡
