Once you realize that you are the architect of your own follies, you can break any addiction. You MUST take responsibility. The mantra of 'turn yourself over to a higher power' is a cop-out. It relives you of responsibility. Be brave and own up to your actions. You can fix this.

YES! Thank you!!!! I majored in Psychology in the 90’s. The entire system is set up for patient failure and padded pockets. The system is teaches you to look into your past to blame someone from the past for all of your your current and future actions. As if you have no control.
