This rare video captures the energy and absolute absurdity that made Van Halen the biggest band on the planet. They just don't make 'em like this anymore!

Can't believe I've never seen this before. The only video I've seen for this song is the one taken from their concert.
The Mammoth reference can't be ignored
Took 40+ years to see this video, thanks for sharing
Never seen this before. Super 80's cheese, but love anything VH.
Songs like this prove my theory that the Roth version was superior to the Hagar version simply because of songwriting. And of course being young and hungry
Sorry. They were never the biggest band on the planet at any time.
I remember seeing this once way back when. I just can't remember the occasion (TV show) that aired it.
Where is that? La Brea tar pits? Or that tourist attraction on the way to Palm Springs?
@PG_Toys Can't believe I've never seen this or even remember seeing still shots of this. I kept looking for 6 fingers or something a.i. lol. This seems real legit, so this is a real gem of a vid.
There’s a reason why it was never released. 🤦♂️
Man this really cements my DLR gets on my nerves and is over rated take
Just stupid high white guys
Actually you are spot on. Unless you grew up in that area, Van Halen was the top of the food chain in the early to mid 80's.
Early 80's men...
Roth was such a clown
When Dave was cool…
David Lee's been screwed up for the last 30 years, but in his prime, he was an A+ lead singer. What a showman.
Dave's Sportin' a High Hard One! 🤣🤣🤣 Aw Man, I miss Crazy DLR! 🤪😜
Spinal Tap vibes
The song, yes. Not the video.
The live clip is so much better. But you can see the roots of Dave’s sense of humor
Where have all these promos been???
I love these videos. Total gems
Best Van Halen period,
I’ve only seen the live version. Van Halen busting out the cheese. Luv it!!
This is a “Tap” quality video
>Where have all the good songs gone
DLR should watch this and rethink what he’s doing now cause it’s painful to see him
Slightly embarrassing.
Old school Cool, I never seen this one thanks, great song.
Once upon a time...
Cuando las guitarras sonaban por arte de magia.
