This really doesn’t have anything to do with the Infinity War/Endgame suit but god it use to be cool when Iron Man suited up. It’s like a Bayformers effect where you saw every piece of the suit come together compared to just a CG Model slowly forming over RDJ

I do think the nano bots are a good evolution for iron man narratively but they are just dramatically lamer than the real suit ups, I do think they’re kinda cool in infinity war when he starts running out of them tho and he hast to convert some of his defence into weapons

ILM worked on Transformers AND Iron Man so the CGI being immaculate is no exaggeration

The 2007-2012 era was seriously outdid itself with the Iron Man suits and the Transformers. ILM outdid themselves in those years!! Beings of total metal feeling complex and fashinating, and at the same time perfectly blended with the real enviroment around them ❤️❤️

You know... I think we're also talking about nanotechnology as if only Iron Man has used it, when in reality it start from Black Panther, Iron Man was the ONLY ONE for whom it really worked, They did it special, and it wasn't just because the actors were too lazy to wear a suit.

I miss these type of suit ups. you can hear the clinking and whirling of the suit as it's being put together

I'm convinced this suit up scene is the reason there even is an MCU.

This is infinitely cooler than nanotech suit ups

Genuinely wish they couldve atleast added some cool effect to the nanotech stuff instead of it just kinda appearing instantly
