Governor Ron DeSantis wants to work towards getting rid of property taxes in Florida. “You should own your property free and clear….someone who has been in their house for 35 years has to keep ponying up money ….you don’t own your home if that’s the case. I’d like to see people own free and clear…if I go to Best Buy and buy a flat screen tv and put it on there wall, I gotta’ pay a sales tax right? But I don’t keep paying tax on it every year. You tax it at the transaction and then let people actually enjoy their private property free and clear of the government.” Property taxes is like paying rent to the government. It’s like paying a King or Queen in medeviel times to be able to stay on your land. It’s sad that people are forced to leave their homes because they can’t afford the taxes anymore.

This is a genius format to use to push traffic for whop affiliate on YouTube I hardly see anyone using YT in this way but it’s genius they utilise shorts and push the traffic from shorts to their YouTube long form videos It could be executed so much better too but the video format is their for you choose a human desire your page is going to fulfil >make more money >be more attractive >have more status identify the problem stopping people from achieving this desire create solution to this problem and package it in this case we’re going to affiliate for a whop product that already solves a problem Understand your customer profile (who’s suffering from this problem) you need to understand your customers better than themselves to create content that resonates they need to feel as though you have dealt with their problems and overcome it this way your value your value in your content comes across as authentic and makes the whole script writing and hook process a lot easier do this by consuming people talking about suffering with the problem >reddit >YT comments >TT comments / videos are a good place to look Branding your page / the avatar your going to use When building faceless accounts the only way you can build trust and authority is with the value you are dropping in your videos they will always trust someone who is showing their actual face more but you can use Avatars in a strategic way to convey this authority sometimes even more than someone showing their actual face There is 3 things you can include in your faceless content to do this >character branding >value >understanding their problem better than themselves your character should capture attention instantly It should correlate to the niche and problem your hitting and stand out For example if I was making a page I would do >Desire: wants to get rid of acne >Problem: doesn’t know what skin care to use >Solution: most of acne comes down to diet so here’s a food plan including lists of meals that counter acne >Character: a blue hollistic hippy looking woman with a doctors coat on with a soothing soft voice All business comes down to solving a problem to get to a desire This is a good way to build traffic and push to a whop affiliate product so you don’t need to build it out yourself

This is CRAZY The state of Virginia is making people pay taxes on their cars, trailers, campers, RVs and boats EVERY YEAR based on their value Every year you must again pay taxes on your vehicles, even if they’re paid off - They give you an assessed value - Then there is a rate per hundred dollars that you pay - This year's rate is $2.35 per hundred dollars of the piece of property that you own - Then they charge you per month that you own that item For this woman to own her own cars in the state of Virginia this year, she was billed $2,104.45 (She shows the bill as proof) This is separate from registration fees and tags. “This bill right here is specifically for owning a car or camper trailer, whatever, in the state of Virginia.” Taxes in America are out of control

My jaw dropped listening to this “My husband worked for a very large mobile gaming company, and these are the craziest things he ever told me” He says they estimate the value of each users home by their home WiFi signal. “Let's talk about data tracking — They would estimate the value of your home, and the way they did that was by looking at your WiFi signal, and depending on how strong the signal was, they would know how far you've walked from where the router is in your house, and they could estimate the square footage of your house from that, compare that to your general location data, and guess how much your house is worth and then they would sell you coin packs based on how much money they thought you had” “They tracked the days of the month that you got your direct deposit, your paycheck, and they would send push notifications locations and targeted ads on those days to get you to buy coins” I verified all this is not only possibly, but it’s 100% happening - Mobile apps with permission can access WiFi signal strength - As you move around with your phone, the app logs how signal strength changes weaker farther from router. This can roughly estimate room sizes, floor plans and overall home footprint especially combined with GPS and location data for the neighborhood This is not what you sign up for when you download an app
