Surimi is not crab....saying "surimi crab" is like saying "rubber chicken". Surimi is made out of ground up waste fish (pollock) that nobody likes because it tastes like trash. So they grind it up, squirt out imitation crab nuggets throw some red dye on it for presentation.

I live in Maine and we use fresh seafood any kind. Cheese & dairy products from our farms along with vegetables & sauces from canning. Therefore, I can really imagine a healthy barbecue for a large crew!!!!
