This road tells a clear story. Under the previous government, I made several appeals for the construction of this road due to its deplorable condition, but those calls went unanswered. Today, under the new government, the Kumasi–Sunyani road is finally undergoing reconstruction.

Thanks to President Mahama for his big push agenda across the country. I enjoyed using the Sunyani–Kenyasi road, which is currently under construction by Alexiboam Construction. Good job so far.

This is the new Accra - Kumasi diversion road constructed by Nana Akuffo Addo & Dr. Bawumia, this diversion starts from Anyinam in the Eastern Region straight to Konongo in the Ashanti Region, it was nearing completion when NPP left power. Sadly, this Government has abandoned this road and is now going to take another Loan to build another new road from Accra to Kumasi which they call express road. Hmmmm

The NPP government took a $750m loan from Afrexim Bank to construct about 4 roads including the Nsawam- Ofankor road which constituted about $300m+ but the NPP government after paying $100m to the contractor of the road, the money vanished so this government has to find another cash to continue. Truly the government has paid the contractor and that's why you see work ongoing on the road. The NPP should rather be telling Ghanaians where the rest of the money went and stop the Anase story trying to rebut what President John Mahama said about the road.

David Mark, the ADC National Chairman was in the Senate for 20 years and Senate President for 8 out of those 20 years. The road from Makurdi to Otukpo was very bad yet, this man couldn't influence a contract for the reconstruction of the road. The first thing that greeted you when approaching Otukpo was the red sand. Thanks to late fPMB and PBAT, all that is changing as construction is currently ongoing on that road. I plied that road today, and I couldn't but thank God for the dwellers along the road and motorists. How will you convince those people to vote for someone else in 2027? PBAT till 2031.
