What deserves attention, is referees understanding that it doesnt matter if its the first, second or third man in, if the ruck it formed, they cant handle the ball! Can all referees and commentators all read the laws

Last Newcastle try....the ball gets knocked forward because the Newcastle player has hands on the floor blocking the ball presentation. Whats the point of a tmo if they cant look at whats happened? Waste of time.
