I love that people are starting to recognise scammers and some are even pushing them away to a better life. Victims that recognise a scammer should not tell them what gave them away as scammers, because they'll use that knowledge to perfect their methods, they'll just aid the scammers and make their jobs easier. If there's a mistake in their email/message, voice/accent don't point it out cause they'll find ways to fix it. Waste their time, but don't give them hints. Tell your friends and family what you encountered, post it on social media, let others find out what's going on so they too can defend against constantly evolving scams, especially to older folk who live alone.
