At the end, you can tell that Shadow had an "oh shit" moment. Afterwards, while on the Ark, he asked Gerald if what they were doing was what Maria wanted - if not for this scene, he would not have asked that.

If I’m being completely honest…. Tom should’ve stayed dead. That would’ve been the most impactful thing in this entire trilogy.

And the way Shadow flashes back to Maria’s death and is clearly feeling at least a bit guilty that he did this but he has to stick to the mission so he quickly leaves. He didn’t just go “Nah screw you lol”. My favourite movie of 2024.

His voice makes Sonic sound depressed and angry at the same time. It gave me chills.

Ben was on another level here. It’s like he knew exactly how to hit you right in the feels, and no one was ready for it.

Ben is phenomenal at his job and he always has been when it comes to scenes depicting pain, anger, grief, and desperation. His role as Leo in the ROTTMNT Movie really just shows it off to its full potential.
