I love the whole “giving people a taste of their own medicine” as revenge trope. And I’m SO glad Homelander is that petty cause it just made things all the more satisfying. Seeing him so unhinged is both terrifying but thrilling to watch. I need Antony Starr in a horror film.

Just makes his character more iconic now, definitely more satisfying and just wanting more. Can’t wait to see what’s in store in this new season. Also, Antony in a horror film would be amazing ngl.

the one time that homelander wasn’t in the wrong was this episode. the majority of those people deserved it. doesn’t matter if they were scared or just following orders
