I wonder if South Africa government will allow this man to stand here and say this to the friend of President Phosi Phosi; soon he will be deported. 🚨THE LEGAL TWIST MOST PEOPLE ARE MISSING🚨 Many people assume that if Chidimma Adetshina's mother loses her South African citizenship, then Chidimma automatically loses every chance of remaining South African. That isn't necessarily how the law works. According to immigration lawyers, the South African Citizenship Act contains a provision that may allow someone born in South Africa to apply for citizenship regardless of their parents' status or alleged conduct, provided they can SHOW or PROVE they were born in South Africa, their birth was properly registered, and they lived in the country until the age of 18. If she satisfies those legal requirements, she may have an independent basis to seek South African citizenship. Ultimately, this case is likely to turn on the interpretation of the Citizenship Act and the evidence presented, not simply on what her parents allegedly did. If the court accepts that she qualifies under those provisions, her legal position could be different from her mother's. This is why the case is attracting so much attention: it may clarify how South African citizenship law applies to children whose parents' status is later challenged.

According to immigration lawyers, the South African Citizenship Act contains a provision that may allow someone born in South Africa to apply for citizenship regardless of their parents' status or alleged conduct, provided they can SHOW or PROVE they were born in South Africa, their birth was properly registered, and they lived in the country until the age of 18. If she satisfies those legal requirements, she may have an independent basis to seek South African citizenship. Ultimately, this case is likely to turn on the interpretation of the Citizenship Act and the evidence presented, not simply on what her parents allegedly did. If the court accepts that she qualifies under those provisions, her legal position could be different from her mother's. This is why the case is attracting so much attention: it may clarify how South African citizenship law applies to children whose parents' status is later challenged.

A senior AirForce officer based at Magama Tongogara Airbase in Gweru, Stafford Ncube and Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services Officer Commanding Midlands, Somemore Gate allegedly took a tractor and ploughed down 2023 opposition Parliamentary candidate for Chirumhanzi South Constituency, Patrick Cheza's 3-week-old maize crop in a wrangle over a farm in Mvuma that the latter was allocated by the Ministry of Lands.The incident happened on Saturday and the total cost of the destroyed 2-hectares is US$2K. The two senior security officers drove to Cheza's farm using unmarked new Ford Rangers which Government is splashing on senior civil servants, musicians and Zanu PF officials. The matter was reported at Mvuma Police Station under RRB 5909845. The officers' action is in contempt of a court case of the same matter which is before a judge at the High Court in Masvingo. The focus of the life of a Zimbabwean villager today is on Government food aid.
