We don't have any idea what the kid did. He said "I snapped." which could mean violence that would have made calling the police appropriate. Violence is ameliorated just because junior has "special needs". More information is needed.

Follow-up on the special needs student who was attacked case (video below-violence warning) *Student charged with assault of a person with severe mental impairment *The superintendent of the Rogers High school in Newport, Rhode Island, cancelled all remaining football games because of the beating *Students who watched and didn't help the special needs student as he was beaten will also be disciplined This kid should be charged as an adult in my opinion. Didn't these parents teach these kids right from wrong? #Football #Specialneeds
