So this woman blocked the aisle of a plane that landed so her daughter could catch up to her since they weren’t seated together, and leave the plane together. They arrived to their flight late, which is why they were not seated together. The daughter was in the back. The mother was in the middle. This woman did not care that she was causing everyone else to be delayed, and some people missed their connecting flights because of her antics. She was belligerent, and told everybody to mind their own damn business. So here we have another example of people who just don’t care about anybody else.. they live an unapologetic entitled life not caring how their actions affect anyone else. If she was really that concerned with her daughter she could’ve easily walked to the back of the plane and let everybody else disembark, then she could’ve easily left the plane with her daughter. What I don’t understand is why didn’t the flight crew do something about this??

This scene from Masters of Sex is honestly uncomfortable to watch. A Black nanny is working in this household when the woman of the house suddenly accuses her of having lice in her hair. The nanny calmly tells her that she doesn’t have lice, but the accusation alone says a lot about how she was being treated. It wasn’t really about the hair, it was about the way she was being looked at and the way this scene plays out? You can literally feel the tension. Would you have stayed calm in her position?

She worked as a bartender and wouldn’t get home until late night most of the time. She came home from work and as she entered each room, she turned on the light. She slept in one of the attic bedrooms. The other room she was always nervous about and kept the door shut. She woke up in the morning and when she unlocked her bedroom door, she opened it to see the attic door open, the closet in that room was open too and it was clear someone was in there waiting, she could see the contents of the closet pushed aside. So while she slept, according to her whoever it was tried to open her door but couldn’t, so they left. Needless to say that the experience scared and she moved out until the other students came back the following semester.
