Their first fight was better choreographed, more epic, dramatic and iconic

Buu saga was only defended cause the animation peaked

Vegeta is smirking thinking: I have finally matched him, our battle will be legendary. Goku is smirking thinking: "I could go SSj3 on his ass but then i would have to deal with him being all "Oh, but my pride! Grr, I wish I were a carrot!"

I wonder what young people that started with modern anime think when they see animation like this. As I get older I start to see the aging of stuff like this, especially after the madness of JJK. I’ll always love the colors and textures of older handdrawn stuff
