I used to work in Retention for Comcast. I would try maybe twice to retain the customer. If they still said no after that, I asked them when would like services to be terminated and where they can drop off equipment ✌🏾 Conversation done! Less headache for me and the customer 🤷🏾‍♀️

I was literally on the phone for an HOUR with Sprint (prior to the T-Mobile buyout) trying to disconnect my service!! It praised my blood pressure I was so pissed 😡

after 30 seconds I would have asked to talk to someone else. 😩
