This is a great example of ‘gaining an advantage in flow’ - Almiron enticing the defender towards him then passing & running ‘against the grain’ of his approach - changing speed to flow past both defenders

It’s easy to repeat regularly once the players have got the idea - use it as a warm up or arrival activity 👍🔥⚽️

Built these out of PVC within 20min & attached with gear ties. Cut & inserted a hula hoop to the front of one & also used a resistance band to help with dribbling control ⚽️ Build process shown in video #AdaptedPE Highly recommend a PVC tool like this!

Lots of ‘pressing’ practices have 2/3 players chase the ball in a small area against 5/6 stationary opponents who have to get a number of passes then switch play to another box for players to chase again - this replicates very little of the coordinated skills of ‘pressing’ 🧵

This was me 10years ago… Still in the same shape a decade later. I put all these niggas on & gave these kids a style to run with. From Zakes Bantwini to Scotts Maphuma, they all got it from NOTA. Then I went corp-corner office & never looked back. I fathered you, like it or not!

10years ago this embankment of snowdrops was a gift of 5/8 bulbs. I regularly divide&planted as singles until they’d bulk up&divide again. I also collected their seeds&sowed them to grow on. It took about 3/4 years for them to flower from seed. Sorry I do not know the variety.
