They can call it by whatever name they want but the truth is that the European Imperialism, with now the US, remains as strong as it was when first implemented on Africa. It is no longer the Viceroy but the corporate head with a white politicians, or oreos talking verbiage like Obama with his "Africa does not need a strong man but strong institutions" BS. The small changes that have happened in Africa has only been by a people taking up a revolutionary stance against what cannot be denied or ignored - the white world considers Africans lesser than them and they will continue to exploit their resources until they WILL themselves to stand on the same footing.

This is to show how corrupt the Africa union is ... their civilians doesn't matter at all at any point ... why will Rwanda support to disrupt another country and they African union is quiet on it
