you are thinking differently. the tax is the supposed "wealth redistribution" that Congress talked about from the GC to the SC ST OBC. ST gets exception to income tax. SC gets $60bn in development, free food + electricity + water + no property tax + fees waiver OBC gets increased reservation and 50% waiver in fees. Money is not made out of the blue. It comes from somewhere. the hardworking taxpayers.
