Labour is shutting down the North Sea. People are losing their jobs. We will lose billions in tax. Why? So we can import more gas with higher emissions. It is a disgraceful act of self-loathing. They should reverse the damage now.

Labour has doubled the Carbon Tax, crushing jobs and industry in a £5 BILLION hit to our economy. Gas, chemicals, glass, steel… all jobs we’re losing in Britain so we can become more reliant on dirtier imports from abroad. We need to repeal the Climate Change Act and change tack now.

Labour’s plans mean we will import more, produce less and be poorer for it - all in the hope that others will copy us. 🤷‍♀️They think "climate leadership" is reducing our DOMESTIC emissions…while importing the same products with the same or more emissions from overseas.
