Really embarrassing. Anyone with even basic stats knows you can't be over 100% probability of pregnancy, so this person would be already pregnant once, with a 20% chance of having twins

To make this very simple, all we need to know is the probability of getting a tail in a one-attempt coin toss is 50%. So, if that didn't occur the first time, one should repeat at least 2 or probably 3 times before concluding that something fishy is going on.
