19 days after Figma FIGMA MOTION dropped and I was able to squeeze this out of it. For a software in Beta, not bad.. 🚀🔥💜 I did my best to pay as much attention to the original as I could😄. I've been seeing alot of fancy & cool stuffs done with it, but I actually wanted to see it do the hard stuff that brands could pay $$ for. In my AI filming career, there is a niche I really enjoy working with and where AI Video brings lots of value. That niche is Real Estate. AI is perfect to animate 3D renders and to create b-role for mood. Here I will try to answer two questions: 1 - How to make a real estate video? 2- How to sell a house? This was a work done based on 3D Renders (provided by The Creative Farm, more on them below). So I found them. this is sequence 8, there's no sound or dialog, and the timing is a bit off, but this is one of 3 sequences I did before the project got canned. The part at the end is a 1:1 for the Dick clark show when he interviewed bubbles (you can find the clip online). If someone wants to add sound and dialog and edit these sequences a little better, go right ahead just be sure to credit me as I worked really hard on these boards and they're some of the best work I've done. This is how a thunderstorm looks in starfield. I had to go to the pond to check for rain drop effects...the raindrop effect was there, but only in the pond... the entire world was dry. None of the npcs had umbrellas or anything to stay dry. Bethesda just added rain and wind sound effects with no sound for thunder and no water effects on anything other than water. This is starfield.... This is xbox.

We are still in talks with many of them and actively searching for more, as this is a never-ending process. Below is a video from one of our smaller data centers (one of the contractors we used earlier).
