That figure cited about Kenya is misleading. Kenya isn't producing. If they are raising any capital, it comes from either money laundering, or the money isn't even in Kenyan hands. Failure rate is just as bad in Kenya. And worse, the government uses arson, bribery, high taxation and police harassment to kill small businesses. cc @IMIXWHATILIKE

This is not just in Uganda. I presume its the same in most parts of Africa where democracy thrives. Development in Africa has been repressed to keep us poor and miserable.
