This soundtrack is diabolic man

slightly unrelated but this is like one of the coolest looking video games ever. i love how dynamic the camera is here and how much bigger this boss is than you. i should hop on but 12 is begging me to finish it first

There's no jrpg battle system that has better presentation than XIII to me because of the way they sway the camera, it's really hard to make it feel like the fights you play are directed and they somehow pulled it off

IDC what anyone says, XIII was rock solid and fun and XIII-2 doubled down on all the goods, paired it to one of the most banger OSTs in gaming, one of the better monster capture-centric battle systems out there, a feast for the eyes and just made an overall fun game.

i only hear doom and gloom about ff13 but it looks so much fun to play

In my head it took a while for the soundtrack to get to a 10 but no they really just start right from that level and keep it up the whole way through

I hope FF XIII trilogy is remastered and released on modern platforms someday
