My neighbor (across the street) sent me this video clip from Monday morning, “around 3am,” he says… from one of his his front yard ring cameras. I was 40-50 yards away from this area at some point around 3:30-4:00 with one of our dogs for their morning constitutionals. I’ve had my head on a swivel ever since. (wait till the end…)

The neighbor insists that his property line is right where this gentleman’s fence is being built. In the middle of the night, he came by and cut down the newly installed fence, and even took a sledge hammer to the new driveway installed as well because he feels it’s on his property line. The gentleman went ahead and got a survey done and clearly showed not only he was wrong, but much of the neighbors “property” is actually his. He hasn’t called the cops because he didn’t get it on video but he knows it was him. Is there anything else he can do at this point?

Which neighbor is right? Personally I agree with the guy in the blue shirt, I wouldn't want my side of the property messed up either just because the other neighbor wants to do work on their side.

This lady lives across the street from this. Her neighbors park two tow trucks in the driveway, a moving truck in front of the house and a pickup truck on the street the next house over. Every time the customer orders something and the delivery guy has to deliver it to their home. They call and complain that their driveway is private property and that they shouldn’t be using it even to deliver their mail or packages and pizza. This delivery man is fed up with the unreasonable complaints so if the homeowner doesn’t want him on the property, he is going to leave their packages on the curb on the public street from now on. Is he being reasonable or is he using malicious compliance in this case?

These guys live in New York and have a permanent parking spot outside their home. They were doing repairs on the sidewalk and parked their car across the street until the cement was dry. A man comes along and sees a free parking spot and takes it. So the homeowners call the cops the next morning. The cop tells them this person has gotten 20 other parking violations. After the ticket is written, the homeowner can then call a tow. The next evening, 24 hours later, the neighbor shows up looking for his car threatening to sue them. Should the homeowners not called the tow or should the neighbor had asked to park in their spot?
