The younger neighbor hung a sign on it and the older man removed it. The older man also removed some lights that the younger neighbors hung on the back of his fence. Who is wrong and who is right? Could you imagine having to have live with neighbors like this?

Imagine living across the street from someone for 30 years and they don’t even know your full name, and the reason that don’t know not only your name but the wife only knows the name of the one Neighbor she talks to on either side of her home, and the reason for that is people that go through life this way think the whole universe revolves around them, we’ve all known people like this. If you look up and down the street of this neighborhood everyone parks in their driveway except for these people, they have their raggedy boat stuffed in their driveway. The whole street is empty, he could have parked that car anywhere even on his side of the street where he should have parked it to begin with. What do you think is at work here ? I believe they think their Neighbor is a soft touch and I totally believe the man when he says he does it because it bothers him. How do you resolve a situation like this ? Some people will disrespect you until you make the necessary adjustments. I’m glad Josh isn’t my neighbor… or maybe it’s the other way around😡

The neighbor insists that his property line is right where this gentleman’s fence is being built. In the middle of the night, he came by and cut down the newly installed fence, and even took a sledge hammer to the new driveway installed as well because he feels it’s on his property line. The gentleman went ahead and got a survey done and clearly showed not only he was wrong, but much of the neighbors “property” is actually his. He hasn’t called the cops because he didn’t get it on video but he knows it was him. Is there anything else he can do at this point?

Every time the customer orders something and the delivery guy has to deliver it to their home. They call and complain that their driveway is private property and that they shouldn’t be using it even to deliver their mail or packages and pizza. This delivery man is fed up with the unreasonable complaints so if the homeowner doesn’t want him on the property, he is going to leave their packages on the curb on the public street from now on. Is he being reasonable or is he using malicious compliance in this case?

A man comes along and sees a free parking spot and takes it. So the homeowners call the cops the next morning. The cop tells them this person has gotten 20 other parking violations. After the ticket is written, the homeowner can then call a tow. The next evening, 24 hours later, the neighbor shows up looking for his car threatening to sue them.
