I'm very surprised they expose themselves to this kind of trauma, willingly. The long term damage to their brain is going to be considerable and irreversible. But heck, fighting in general has always been a golden ticket to richdom for those who come from nothing.

I like combat sports, in particular boxing and MMA but this to me just screams brain damage, just waiting for that first news story of someone dying because of this. Sad but it is going to happen.

Normally i'm not one to advocate banning anything but that idiocy is dangerous as all hell. I love combat sports, boxing ufc etc but the idea is your not supposed to get hit or at least try to defend yourself, this should be call CTE generator.
