Eeeww Under cooked

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I respect that. To me however, the steak has been cooked incorrectly. Had the steak been seared and the cooked sous vide, the fat would be liquid gold and the steak would still be succulently rare. Also the facia would be broken down too

I love great cuts of steak medium rare, not too bloody. There’s a piece or two in the middle slightly undercooked.
