Construction is a colossal logistics problem: getting the right people, materials, and information to the right place at the right time. To industrialize construction, this paradox must be overcome. We overcame it by inventing a new type of manufacturing that allows for localization; we call it a Mobile Micro-Factory (MMF). We need to put up a lot of them really fast to make a dent in the supply-and-demand gap (millions of homes, all types of homes). So, we made a factory that makes factories. We call it the PAPA factory. We plan to open 5-7 of them across different geographies, de-risking supply chains and bringing production closer to demand. Each PAPA factory can make 5 MMFs per year. Every new “factory that builds factories” multiplies downstream production capacity. This all sounds crazy; however, it’s a highly orchestrated path to putting scale front and center. Tackling the housing crisis means you need to build a lot of homes: quicker, cheaper, and better.

Woah! Amazing feels here in #Florida. We woke up to 50s and 60s from Tampa-Orlando north. What’s driving this crazy nice weather pattern?? It’s a huge block, which may send another shot our way! Here’s why… a big heat dome over Canada and the Great Lakes is contorting the pattern, acting as a road block, forcing weather around it. The end result is #cool dry Canadian air pouring down the US East Coast into Florida. This crisp low humidity weather will last through Sunday, and if the next shot indeed comes down next week, then it will be mainly rain free through Midweek. But don’t get used to it, deep tropical moisture sitting in the Gulf is ready to pounce as soon as the dry air eases. Meantime Texas and Louisiana is in the firing line for moisture and rain as the pattern is locked in. We were told Iran lost this war. But now it seems like they might be getting a deal which gives them everything they want. In the past three months, the United States and Israel defeated Iran in every measurable military way. And now this Memorandum of Understanding is giving Iran 300 billion dollars for reconstruction. Every sanction terminated. Its frozen funds released. And its highly enriched nuclear material left sitting inside the country. Iran found out that pursuing a nuclear weapon and posing a threat to the world could be rewarded. And all they would have to do is wait long enough and lie long enough. What the West lacked was stamina and patience. When dealing with a terrorist nation-state that has no regard for its own citizens' lives, that is guided by a middle-aged radical doctrine and is willing to pay any price to see that doctrine come alive, you need to understand your enemy in order to win over it. We now have 60 days to make the right deal. And the eye on the prize needs to be on removing the enriched uranium. Not just the 60%, but all of it. This is the window where the real deal needs to be negotiated, and negotiated properly/ The highly enriched nuclear material has to leave the country. It needs to address the terror proxy network, such as Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis. It needs to address Iran’s ballistic missile stockpile. And it needs to address the rights and freedoms that its people deserve. Anything less isn't a solution. It’s a reward. We've come this far, it’s time to build a new Middle East free from the ongoing threat of the Islamic regime in Iran and its proxies. It requires patience and persistence, and I pray that our leaders can follow through and turn a short-term military victory into a long-lasting political one.

The average age of buying a home is now 40, when it used to be 26. Healthcare costs are crushing families — and it’s become impossible for Americans to save for a secure retirement. While the top of society is doing well, we’ve left everyone else behind. Enough is enough. It’s time to take action and restore confidence that the middle class dream is alive and well.

Breadcrumbs of Banish appear to be in the latest Actually Smart Summon release. My Model 3 parked itself on ASS (FSD v14.3.2) after I blocked the road and used hand signals to direct it into a parking spot (target was on opposite side of the building). I've never seen it do this before. It didn't just pull in across the lines, it parked near-perfectly like it does on FSD. Worked with my Model 3 and TeslaFSD - Dave's Model Y on first attempt. Of course when I brought out the camera it took like 7 tries, but it eventually did it again! Not enough data to conclude if it's actually listening to my hand signals, or just giving up and deciding to park instead of block the road. Would be interesting to see if other people can try and replicate this. Everything is there for Banish to work, just comes down to Tesla feeling comfortable enough to let it go unsupervised in parking lots.

Meanwhile, the usual uninformed lefty windbags appear on the BBC to spout off nonsense about evil Britain using lots of air-conditioning while countries such as India and Nigeria don't use it at all. This is nonsense. 20% of Nigerians and 10% of Indians have air conditioning in their homes, compared to only 3-4% in Britain. It's almost as if Net Zero isn't about efficient energy use at all, but it's just about making us suffer.
