These two co-workers already closed the store for the day, however a customer arrived about 20 minutes after closing is calling the store while she’s banging on the door. She’s insisting they re-open the store because she needs a last minute item from them. So the two workers are hiding behind the counter while crouching down so that she doesn’t see them. Considering it’s only been 20 minutes since closing, should they make an exception?

Before RxBar was in every store, Peter Rahal only sold in CrossFit gyms. He told me why. They tested convenience stores and grocery stores early and the bar didn't move. So they ignored normal retail and sold only in gyms. A CrossFit gym moved 80 bars a week. The same bar in a convenience store or grocery store sold 1 to 4 a week.
