Chigaba who was at a workshop said he cannot comment on the issue and referred questions to PED Shylatte Mhike who doesn’t open up to the media. If all teachers are going to behave this way, which most now do, then Mnangagwa’s Vision 2030 is a huge illusion. Mark this Zimbabwe will be many years back by that time.
