Not 'teleportation'. But anti-grav vehicles which provide by a 'side effect' the ability to go at fantastic speeds by moving 'outside of time' like the Tic-Tac UFO alien reproduction vehicle built & owned by the Consortium (the break away civilization). Ummmm... WILD!!! I like @clif_high response to this better, as I'm old enough to have watched the B&W version of The Fly as a kid. I really have zero desire to scramble my atoms and reassemble them in another part of the world.
He's describing hypersonic transport systems, not teleportation - though the distinction barely matters when you understand what's really happening.
Short of putting people in hypersonic rockets I don't know what else it could be? 🤨
