My husband’s uncle passed, and he had an adopted rescue dog for 9 years, they were inseparable. When the uncle died, his dog simply stopped eating and drinking water. Then within 2 weeks, sadly the dog died. 😢 Yes, I believe dogs mourn the loss of their humans.

This is breaking my heart to see these dogs lose their best friend 😢💔

The day after an ambulance took my dad to the hospital (never to return), our dog 🐕‍🦺 walked into his closet, sniffed his clothes and cried.

As hard to watch as it is those babies understand and should be shown so they don’t wait thinking their person abandoned them.
