Honestly if this just consumed the grapple I wouldn't mind it. It's obviously un-balanced as is, but it's about as far a boost as Destroyer's dash, it feels like a valid alt use for the grapple if it just actually used the ability.

They should keep this and put a 10 second timer on it.
