This tile guy started a concrete coatings business three months ago and he'll do $69,000 this month. $60k his first full month. and on track for 7 figures Startup cost? Under $1,000 if you rent the grinder. Maybe $25K if you buy everything new. Profit margins? Yes, Thanks for... asking. Over 50%. This is just garage floor coatings. Nobody NEEDS their concrete coated. It's a luxury product. But the types of people who want it have money and they're not price sensitive. Mike charges $8 per square foot. His all-in materials cost is $2.06 per square foot. A typical two car garage is about 700 square feet. That's $5,600 in revenue and over $3,400 in profit per day. One crew can do a job in 10 hours. Sometimes less. Oh and he learned how to do this by watching YouTube videos. His first job was his own garage. Then he told people at church he was starting this thing. Booked three jobs that week just from word of mouth. From there it's been Meta ads at $30-100 per lead, 20% close rate, and booked solid ever since. In this episode Mike: - Breaks down the exact unit economics and profit margins - Shows how he reverse-engineered his pricing model - Tells me why Facebook ads crush Google for this business - Gives the three-material stack he uses and why he picked it - Explains why the bar is so low in blue collar businesses - Walks through how to start this for under $1,000 Mike's on track to do a million dollars his first year. It might be one of the best times ever to be AI savvy and in blue collar work. Mike is proof. Full episodes in the first comment belowshow more

This guy made $8,000 net profit in two days selling something out of a $1,000 cart he gutted in his garage. The cart was a Home Depot tool chest he modified himself. Total startup cost under $1,000 for everything. His product cost is less than $3 per unit. He sells it for $8.50. He can serve a customer in 30 seconds flat while everyone else is messing around with $30,000 machines that take 5 minutes per order. This is a $250 billion event industry that nobody talks about. Weddings, corporate picnics, air shows, night markets, car washes, gas stations. He's already helped divorced moms, military spouses, and immigrants set up the exact same system. What is it? Iced coffee from a modified tool cart. That's it. Guys, you DON’T have to reinvent the wheel. I keep telling you this. The guy I talked to is Marc. He's a 66 year old lawyer who spent years helping people buy businesses on visas. He saw the coffee keg system, knew the guy was doing it wrong, and built something better. In this episode Marc breaks down: - How to make $100-400 per hour in profit at the right locations - Why car washes might be the best untapped venue in America - Tells me the exact Home Depot cart he uses and how to convert it - The exact unit economics on every cup Whether you love coffee or have never even tasted it like me, as long as you love business, you're going to love this episode.

This guy makes $80,000 a month working 30 hours a week. He launched his business on a Sunday and had $10,000 in recurring revenue by Monday. I know what you're thinking and no-- - He didn't have an audience. - He didn't have followers. And he kept his full-time job for four years while running this on the side. He was making more per month in profit than he was making per year at his day job. At one point he was bringing in $200,000 a month with only $4,000 in expenses. Startup cost? He built the entire thing in a weekend using Webflow and launched it on Product Hunt. That's it. What is it? A productized design agency called Design Joy. He sells unlimited design work as a monthly subscription. No contracts. No calls. And Clients pay $6,000 a month and get designs back in a day. In this episode Brett: - Breaks down how he went from $449/month to $8,000/month per client - Shows me the AI tools he uses to work faster than traditional agencies - Tells me why speed matters more than quality - Gives me two productized service ideas anyone can copy right now - Explains why he thinks branding agencies are the next big opportunity Certified banger. Brett, thank you for coming on!

I just interviewed a guy who did $100,000 in his first 100 days placing overseas talent with blue collar business owners. He started with $200. No tech background. No recruiting experience. His entire tech stack to launch the company was QuickBooks, Wi-Fi, a computer, and Lovable. That's it. What does he do? He runs a staffing agency that connects plumbers, electricians, and landscapers with full-time admins and marketers from Latin America. The talent costs the business owner around $1,200 to $1,600 a month full-time. He charges his clients $4,500 to $5,200 one time to make the placement. Then he offers a $200 a month membership for ongoing support. 75% of his clients pay for the membership. In this episode Alex: - Breaks down exactly how he finds great overseas talent on LinkedIn and Facebook - Shows the specific interview questions he asks to spot reliability before he ever hires - Walks through how to close your first client with a three-sentence text - Explains why 90% of his placements are brand new hires, not replacements for somebody who got fired - Gives the exact payment tools and onboarding process he uses with every client This one was really good!

This guy bought a $300 inflatable movie screen on Amazon as a Christmas gift for his family and turned it into a $100,000 a year business at 80% profit margins. He just booked a $10,000 week. His startup cost was literally that Amazon gift. This is backyard movie theater rentals. But here's where it gets really freaking cool. Derek realized movies can't start until 9:30 PM in Texas summers because it doesn't get dark until then. That doesn't work for seven year olds. So he built the world's first indoor air conditioned inflatable movie theater. Full carpeting. LED lights. Four window AC units he bought off Facebook Marketplace for $150 each. He charges $1700 for it. His outdoor packages start at $375 and scale up from there to $1500. Then he added LED dance floors because kids kept dancing after the movies ended. Those rent for $3,000 and he'll have it paid off in eight rentals. In this episode Derek: - Breaks down how he went from unprepared at his first HOA event to a $10K booking week - Shares how he sources equipment from Alibaba and Facebook Marketplace - Tells me why his best clients are people sitting on a few acres who don't blink at price - Gives me the exact package structure he uses, from $375 starter to $1,700 indoor This one is awesome. Check it out.

This guy quit his corporate job and opened a business where he: - Is on track to make $100K / year profit - Works an hour a week The whole business runs on $40/month software. His 14-year-old helps clean on Saturdays. It's 24/7 door access, so he doesn't even have to be there. What in the world is this unicorn? A single bay golf simulator with a membership model. Members pay $175 to $325 a month to practice their swing in a private space. He opened with 5 friends as his first customers. Within 3 months he hit 15 members and broke even. Now he's at 28 members after 6 months. Max capacity is 40 per bay. In this episode Jay breaks down: - Exactly how he validated demand before opening (talked to 10 friends, 5 committed immediately) - His three-tier pricing model and why unlimited is only $325/month - How he negotiated his lease to not pay rent until he opened - Why he's deliberately not marketing yet (he wants to learn the business first) - His plan to scale from 1 to 5 locations in the next couple years This one is so dang good! I love this stuff.

This dude makes over $10,000 per month working 4 to 5 hours a week. His brother-in-law did $700 in his first week. Another guy he knows in this space averages $25,000 to $30,000 a month in net profit. Another one did $40,000 last month with 1,100 videos. There's no overhead. You're not buying inventory. You don't have fees. You WILL make money (he says). What is it? Amazon influencer videos. You film product reviews with your phone and upload them to Amazon. If somebody watches that video and buys the product, you get a commission. Why am I just hearing about this?! Trevin has been doing this for 3 years. One umbrella stand video he made 2.5 years ago still makes him $500 to $3,500 a month. It took 60 seconds to film. In this episode Trevin: - Breaks down how to get approved and what makes Amazon flag your first 3 videos - Shows me the exact products that pay 10% to 50% commissions instead of Amazon's standard 0.5% to 3% - Tells me why brands are now sending free products to his house by the truckload - Gives me the hook stacking framework that keeps viewers watching longer - Walks through how his family of 10+ people all quit their jobs to do this Check this one out! And if you start doing this, let me know!

This guy makes $4,000 a month profit working 5 hours a week. He has two kids at home, a full time job and a side business that's almost 100% automated. This is my kind of guy. He started it with zero experience in the industry. First month did $2,300 in revenue. Today he's pulling $5,500 to $7,500 a month with overhead sitting at $2,000. That's $200+ an hour for his time. What is it? Glad you asked-- Trailer rentals. Dump trailers, enclosed trailers, flatbeds. He bought 10 used trailers from a guy on Facebook Marketplace who was moving out of the area. Then, set up a system with lock boxes and GPS tracking. Customers book online, show up, unlock their trailer, and go. In this episode Nathan: - Breaks down the exact unit economics on dump trailers versus enclosed trailers - Shows how he automated the whole thing so he's only taking calls and swinging by twice a week - Tells me why this might be the lowest risk business you can start - Gives the exact websites where you can test demand before buying a single trailer - Walks through how to finance the trailers and scale to multiple locations This one is solid.

I just talked to the godfather of Internet marketing. He's running a business where he basically works 2 days a month making 6 figures. And for the first time ever, it's scalable because of AI. What is it? Local Internet presence for small service businesses. Think: Tire stores, HVAC, roofing, plumbing. The businesses that don't think in terms of traffic and conversion. He charges $500 a month. Gives the jingle away free. Up until two years ago he had to hire singers in Nashville to record jingles. He had to coach pest control owners to sit in front of a microphone and record podcasts. He had to write their blog posts for them manually. Now - Eleven Labs clones their voice - Suno writes the jingle. - ChatGPT writes the content. He can train a team in the Philippines to do all of it. 300 customers is a million dollar business and every bit of it can be outsourced. In this episode Mike: - Walks me through the 5 things local businesses ignore - Shows how skippable YouTube ads with 15-second jingles get you 8 million free listens in your local market - Explains why 90% of small business websites have a 90% bounce rate and how to fix it - Explains why 300 customers at $500/month is a million dollar business and every bit of it can be outsourced This is so doable!

I just talked to a guy who makes $421,000 a year net profit from a laundromat. In Hamilton, Ohio. Population 60,000. He opened it during COVID. First quarter after grand opening he was already on track for $400,000 a year. By year four he crossed a million. His biggest machine does six to seven turns a day at $22 base price. That one machine makes $30,000 a year in profit. It paid for itself in 12 months. Even crazier his utilities run under 10% of revenue because the equipment weighs the laundry and uses the exact amount of water it needs. His name is Tyler. He runs four laundromats across Ohio His prices are at or below the old laundromats in town and his equipment is top notch. Customers come in, see the equipment, and never go back. In this episode Tyler: - Breaks down the startup cost and the five-year payback math - Shows me the free laundry weekend playbook that ramps revenue to six figures in 90 days - Tells me why they built next to the best laundromat in town on purpose - Breaks down the commercial laundry play that adds $100,000 a month from hotels and fire departments Tyler Purcell - Laundry & Finance was awesome!

This guy went from delivering for DoorDash to doing $81,000 in revenue in his third month of business. Before you scroll away because you think you can't do this as well, you can. Here's why: 1. He started with less than $500. 2. He subcontracts out all the work. 3. He goes to the job site maybe twice a month. 4. He's not licensed. 5. He doesn't do the installs. 6. He doesn't even stock inventory at his house. But WHAT does he do? Whole home water filtration systems. He's competing against billion dollar companies that charge $6,000 to $8,000 for the same system. He charges $2,700 and scoops up everyone that doesnt want to pay a ridiculous amount It costs him $175 to acquire a customer and he closes 25% of his leads. His net margins are around 30% In this episode Parker: - Breaks down exactly how he found plumbers on Indeed and got them working for him in four days - Shows how he's closing deals without ever doing an in-home visit or water test - Tells me why he's picking up all the scraps left behind by the big guys - Gives me the exact tech stack he uses to run the whole business - Explains why this model works for a thousand other high-ticket home services Parker was awesome! You'll want to check this one out!

This guy makes $1,900 a week teaching kids how to use hand saws. It started with one Facebook post that didnt even have pictures or pricing. (i'm telling you, this stuff works) And that post turned into $50,000 in five months. Then he signed a $30,000 contract for 14 weeks. Every Friday, two hours, 40 students. His startup cost was $425 in Harbor Freight tools. But he collected deposits upfront, so TECHNICALLY he could have started for free. Moms pay between $50 - $75 an hour per kid and the state of Florida pays him directly within 24 hours through their homeschool scholarship program. His business: Woodworking for birthday parties and shop classes. Kids build robots, bird feeders, skateboards, American flags. He cleared $12,000 in one week during spring break running three hour camps from 9 to noon. In this episode Mike: - Shows me the exact Facebook post that started it all - Breaks down how he convinced Milwaukee to sponsor him with $5,000 in free tools - Tells me why the homeschool market is completely untapped - Gives me the safety protocols and tool list to copy this weekend Mike was awesome. I know you'll like this episode.

This guy did $120,000 in his second month of business and $40,000 of that was profit. He's only six months in. His entire business started because he got a random assignment at a sales competition in Norway where he had to cold call people and pitch birthday cakes. He booked 17 meetings in four hours. That's when he realized he stumbled onto something big. He built the business to $150,000 ARR in Norway, then moved to San Francisco and pivoted the entire model when the birthday angle didn't work in America. The new version converts at 35% to meetings. Cold calling averages 2-3%. What is it? Cold caking. He sends cakes to prospects on behalf of B2B companies trying to close deals. One dentist software company just ordered 1,000 cakes to send to dental offices across the country. In this episode William breaks down: - Why the dead internet theory makes physical gifting the future of outbound sales - How his AI agent negotiates with bakeries in 15 cities without him touching it - The exact margins on each cake - Why cold caking works when cold calls and emails are dying - How one viral tweet turned zero revenue into $120,000/month in six weeks This one is crazy! I love entrepreneurship. Full episode below.

He started using Claude AI and made $25,000 in his first month The guy could not even hide how much it changed his life. He paid for Claude and treated it like a real business partner. Built workflows that automate client work, content and outreach all in one place. What used to take him 12 hours a day now takes 2. He started taking on triple the clients without burning out once. At $5,000 per client and five clients a month, the numbers move fast. That is $25,000 landing in his account from a tool that costs $20. Most people use Claude to write captions and call it a day. He used it to rebuild his entire income from the ground up. Follow if you want the exact workflows he uses to scale this.

This guy made $252,000 last year selling lemonade at farmers markets. Meet Don. He started this three years ago with his kids at a farmers market in Frisco. Last year they did $252k in 8 months. His cost per lemonade? $1.25. He sells it for $7. He's at two markets now. Dallas Farmers Market pulls $2,500 a day. Frisco does $1,200 to $1,500. That's a $5,000 weekend just in Dallas alone. But Don is my kind of guy. He added catering and rentals and this is what happened: One corporate event: $2,900 for four hours serving 300 lemonades. Another event: $19,000 serving frozen bananas. Twelve grand profit. He doesn't pay for ads. Just Facebook Marketplace for rentals, SEO for catering, and word of mouth at the markets. He also rents out his custom cart for $500 a day. Weddings, office parties, classic car shows. Drop it off, pick it up, done. In this episode Don: - Walks through the unit economics of a $7 lemonade - Shows how he scales with a couple running one market while he runs the other - Tells me why he's not worried about competition even though anyone could copy this - Breaks down the $19k frozen banana catering order he landed from a video I posted - Gives me his advice for anyone wanting to start: stop overthinking it and just post up This one blew my mind. Check it out.

15-year-old American made $14,000 in his first month selling a service most marketers have never even heard of. Every time someone searches for a business on Google - the first thing they see is an AI response, not a website and not an ad. ChatGPT gives 5-6 recommendations and if a business isn't there - the customer goes to a competitor without a single click. His secret - AI visibility. He optimized local businesses to appear in ChatGPT responses, Google AI Overview and Meta AI instead of paying for ads that no longer work. He'd walk up to a business owner, show them that their business didn't appear in AI responses and ask if they wanted to fix it. Almost everyone said yes immediately. 8 clients at $800 in the first month, 20 clients in the second - because every satisfied client referred him to someone else. This isn't a marketing problem - it's a visibility problem. And he was the only one solving it in his city.

This guy helps people buy franchises with none of their own money. He showed me four franchise concepts where the average location is doing between $500,000 and $9 million in revenue. You can get into most of them for under six figures if you finance it. If you've ever thought about buying a business, this is a must listen to episode! One franchise he mentions is a commercial facility management business where you're essentially being the property manager for office buildings and warehouses. The highest grossing franchisee did over $50 million in revenue last year. The average is doing $9.8 million with a 33% gross margin. You don't need a facility. You work from home. You outsource every bit of the actual service. And that's just scratching the surface on what we talked about! In this episode Alex: - Gives me the three types of people who would crush this business - Breaks down why franchising has an 85% success rate after five years versus 50% for independent businesses - Shows how you can get into this for $75,000 to $193,000 and finance 90% of it - Gives me the exact red flags in franchise disclosure documents that make him walk away So good! Alex is legit.

This guy charges $10,000 per install and does it all from a van. He doesn't even have a proper website. Just posts videos of his work and the leads come to him. What is it? Tree nets. He installs custom nets in trees across Sacramento. A handful of jobs per month at $10K each and he's printing money. I have not seen anyone else is doing this at scale. This is brilliant. The market is wide open If you're okay being 100ft up in a tree to get your work done, this might be a good gig for you.

Kevin O'Leary says Steve Jobs taught him the one skill every entrepreneur needs to master "I learned this from Steve Jobs. I told this story countless times. He was not a nice guy, but in the 90s, I made all of his software for the Mac in schools, 110,000 buildings. He was an absolute a**hole, but he taught me some very important things, and he was wildly successful." "He said that each day, including you, each day there will be three things you have to get done, just three, and that's called the signal." "And there's going to be a plethora of things that are going to stop you from doing that and that's called the noise. So the only thing you have to get good at in your life to be an entrepreneur is to distinguish what's signal and what's noise." "And then you do not let noise get in the way of getting the three things done. They get done first."
