Buffy got Giles job back in season 5. With back pay. It is the least he could do. And Willow, she could have worked part time at the magic shop while Buffy was dead.

I thought this was a voiceover at first cuz her Willow is so good. She got her mannerisms down too. She can resurrect the dead and god knows what else, but she can’t conjure some damn money? Don’t get me started on Giles. He behaved like a child the entire series.

Hilarious! But a little unfair to Giles. He did pay off her mortgage after all.
