Mind if I borrow that for my drywall anchors so I can hang a picture?

Stop screwing around man

people would say it's expensive. they don't know it's worth every penny.

paid for itself yet? Interesting. No dig/form/pour/set...

Such a cool screw! Saves a ton of time and labor on prepping and pouring piers. How much does each ground screw cost?

Hit sewer line in 3, 2, 1.

Expensive tools are fun.

Don’t leave it in your car at night in SD

🥵

Helical pile driver

What tool do you use to record front and back at the same time like this?

The iPhone

Not the only way, but the best way

I <3 helical piles

@IRStaxpros

@IRStaxpros Leave them out of it lol

What's wrong with mounting directly to slab?

You’re a numbers guy. Probably pays for itself in less than two jobs yeah?

Those are awesome. Does it only do helical piles?

And you let me buy lunch

I bought you a padres ticket and you stood me up

The most important part is, where does that meet code for a deck? Like what states will allow for that?

Does it stop at a specific torque?

My uncle is running those in with a Makita 40V. Wasn't nearly that much but he also isn't doing them all the time.

... okay! That's sick!

Pretty cool.

Worth every penny

smaller / faster core drill no need to cut and augar the footings looks like one hell of a time saver. whats your expected time to ROI the cost? Can you sell it as an upsell as well when it’s a deck 1 story above a patio or when doing pergolas? I know my patio cover clients were very concerned about how the concrete footings would look after we cut and poured new footings (esp those with dyed / stamped / exposed aggregate / tile patio areas.

Hell of a screwdriver :) Harbor Freight: 100 bucks next year.
