Disagree. If you are an emergency worker I would suggest no one should strike and leave the public at risk. The idea of a mi I I’m level of service is a great idea. Does not stop strikes just ensures our safety

It’s blackmail. If I don’t get what I want I’ll do this and that. Imagine telling your boss in the private sector you’ll strike because you didn’t get a pay rise - P45 would be in the post.
